Cheap Laptops without Intel's integrated graphics?

I am looking for a cheap laptop that has something other than graphics Intel integrated, and is at least capable of Pixel and Vertex Shader 2.0 or better. If this is not possible, Pixel Shader / Vertex Shader 1.1 is very good. Intel Graphics NOT be accepted as a best answer I just want the laptop to less than 200 pounds and come with XP or Linux instead of Vista. O without any operating system. Thanks in advance.
