What kind of laptop would be best for a 11yr old?

My daughter wants a laptop for her freshman year of high school. It he does not want is a mini-laptop. She loves these laptops. Walmart was only Monday to see, I really love HP Laptops. Oh must be less than $ 300 or about $ 200. !!!!! Thanks guyz
